If the frames are still good or can be refurbished, you stand the benefit from better energy efficiency with a new replacement sash from us. Quite often, a restoration can be less costly and certainly less invasive to the home than a full tear out replacement. My advice would be to assess the condition of the frames to see if they still sound or repairable and go from there.
